The HR department is responsible forproviding a range of human resources services,including: recruitment;policy creation, distribution and transparency; support and training for current employees; fostering well-being through a variety of initiatives; facilitating inclusivity, equality and diversity. HR works across the College and collaborates with NCISU where appropriate.
